★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 態度超差,架上商品標示不清,被其它商品掛牌擋住還不耐煩解說,...店員顧聊天,兩個人上班客人這麼少還能有時間聊天表示人力太多了！！
對老人家的詢問極其敷衍,人都會老,要有同理心，更何況是服務業！！現在類似這樣的藥妝店很多這樣的態度遲早要收！！

Inquiries about the elderly are extremely perfunctory. People will get old. Empathy, let alone the service industry! ! Nowadays, many drugstores like this will accept this attitude sooner or later! !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2/4中午只是路過來買個洗臉毛巾，櫃檯的詹小姐服務超好❤️ 一直和我介紹產品，還有加價購。於是我莫名其妙買了一籃出去? 連籃子也是加價購買來的唷? 覺得她介紹的東西都很實用，而且她還教我如何使用商品，籃子如何拆裝。好感動喔！如此用心又負責任的態度值得嘉獎?
At noon on 2/4, I just stopped by to buy a face towel. The service of Miss Zhan at the counter is super ❤️ She has been introducing products to me and buying them at a higher price. So I bought a basket out of nowhere ? Even the basket was bought at a premium price ? I felt that the things she introduced were very practical, and she also taught me how to use the goods and how to disassemble and assemble the basket. So moving! Such a diligent and responsible attitude is worthy of praise?
