★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 數位帳戶真的很不OK，只好來分行辦轉實體戶，中壢分行的警衛非常積極又親切且對於流程清楚說明，還幫我預估等待開戶的時間讓我去買咖啡，開戶櫃檯黃小姐親切又有效率，讓我一掃之前數位帳戶的不愉快了。

I wouldn't come to this bank. It's a waste of time. There was only one customer in front, and a bunch of comfortable people at the counter waited for almost half an hour and were not comfortable. I had to go to another room and get it done right away, I knew I wouldn't be wasting my time here

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 幫小孩開個戶頭，不讓開第一次就該講清楚，不是準備好資料又要在跑一趟還是不給開戶，難不成真看起來像詐騙集團，那我也無言了，打棒球的小孩脫掉球衣的樣子跟8＋9樣子無誤， 呵呵
還是說要帶房產開戶，不是本地戶籍也要懷疑，八德房子最近的走路10分鐘叫凱基證卷，在中壢工作居住，開戶合理吧～現在要把錢存銀行真難。
