★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 服務超級慢，去了三次，每次都等了一小時還是沒辦法完成任何銀行任務，明明就只有3-4個客戶。每個客人都不耐煩到底銀行人員在搞什麼。唯一棒的就是這家警衛，很禮貌，都一直照顧到客人。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 行員速度和動作都超級慢！現場有大概10個人在等，卻只開一個櫃檯在服務，一個就算了動作還慢到爆炸！看得出來這家銀行行員沒有很積極想要替顧客解決問題，那麼多人在等也不會想辦法解決，不是一次兩次的問題了！來十次十次都要等……很…….久…….！
