★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The layout is awkward, spread over 2 floors. Customer service is on the first floor by the entrance, cashiers are b1. So, if there's a problem with your card, you need to exit the store and enter again or walk all the way back through the store. The toilets are by the exit, meaning that it can get crowded as you have people waiting by the toilets with their trolleys and others trying to get past to get out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For the family shopping it's one of the best place to visit. Very spacious covering wide range of products from house usages to personal wears. Prices are much reasonable , so if you need bulk quantities... you should give yourself a try visiting! ????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came to buy American products but there are not many. It seems like mostly local suppliers but in larger sizes. Might as well go to Carefour as they have a larger selection of Western products!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Costco in Xinzhuang is quite big. Two floors building with electronics, clothing, beauty care... in entrance 1st floor and food, wine, groceries in B1. Love this place it’s our regular shopping place and quite good service. Most awesome thing is we can find many items which mostly rarely available in other Costco’s like thermal water bottles in summer almost every summer they are available in this store compared to other stores.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Imported wholesale. Bulk purchase kind Nothing much and not that wide variety to buy as said , price not that cheap like said. Staff at cahsier rude. Not worth going and spending 1350 for member. Disappointed worst costco supermart i ever went.
