★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1915年（大正4年）「有限責任臺中信用組合」成立，並於臺中寶町613番地興建辦公廳舍，為服務在臺日人的金融組織，1938年（昭和13年）新的辦公廳舍落成，戰後「有限責任臺中信用組合」改名為「臺中三信商業銀行」。
建築特色：目前此棟建物為1938年（昭和13年）的興建的新辦公廳舍，整體建築屬於折衷式現代建築，但是又帶有一點古典風格的裝飾，屬於沿街角的圓弧形建物，白色外牆，挑高二層的柱列，女兒牆上有精美的浮雕。
中間浮雕刻了大大的信字，這原先並不是三信的信，而是有限責任臺中信用組合的信，原本為對稱式建築，戰後改名臺中三信商業銀行，建築增建右側的兩個空間，而不再是對稱建築。
In 1915 (Taisho 4), the "Limited Liability Taichung Credit Portfolio" was established, and an office building was built at 613 in Baoding, Taichung. It was a new financial office in 1938 (Showa 13) to serve financial organizations of Japanese and Taiwanese. After the completion of the war, the "Limited Liability Taichung Credit Portfolio" was renamed "Taichung Sanxin Commercial Bank".
Architectural features: At present, this building is a new office building built in 1938 (Showa 13). The overall building is an eclectic modern building, but with a little classic-style decoration, it is a circular arc building along the street corner. The white outer wall has two columns on the top, and there is a beautiful relief on the daughter's wall.
A large letter was sculpted in the middle. This was originally not a letter from Sanxin, but a letter of limited liability Taichung credit portfolio. It was originally a symmetrical building. After the war, it was renamed Taichung Sanxin Commercial Bank. The building added two spaces on the right side. It is no longer a symmetrical building.
