★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their food are okay but their service is very bad ! They need more patient with customers . And try to explains more about the items . Plus I ordered hot tea and they gave me a straw to drink that tea ! But it was super hot ?...... they should put it in the glass not in the plastic cup!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got here earlier this morning and ordered at 8:30. There were a lot of people ahead of me, so I was expecting this to be good. But there were only two people behind the counter, so food and drinks took a while. I waited half an hour to get my sandwich and drink and even then it was average. I'm not blaming the two workers by any means, but then the establishment should try and get at least one other worker on weekend mornings.
I advise to not come here in the mornings if you're a student, as I don't see any outlets along the walls and it's incredibly loud. There are a lot of bigger cafes with faster service selling cheap food and drink all over Taipei. Come here if you want but I don't recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ (With English menu) we ordered an afternoon tea set, which have a cake, a cookie, and 2 drinks for under 200$. It’s pretty good price for what we get I think. The shop looks very fancy, so I didn’t expect the price will be this fair. The toilet is also pretty clean. I like the experience in here, so I think I will come again soon :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cotcha coffee shop was easy to reach from yongchun mrt station. Interior of shop was amazing and good place to relax with coffee.. I ordered two coffee and I had some discount.. The taste of coffee was good. I loved interior work.. I have some suggestions to boss
1. Quantity of coffee can be reduced.. Too much coffee.. I saw many people can’t drink completely and sad seeing wasted..
2. Chairs need to changed.. Not so comfortable to sit..
Overall I felt happy to have coffee in your shop ??
