★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The interior is nicely decorated. The buffet presentation looked very nice but once you taste the food.... the food is mediocre at best. The salmon was cooked very dry and similarly with most of their other dishes. Found a hair in taro ball dish and ice cream scope was cover in melted ice cream.
They have priced themselves like the 5 star hotels buffet in Taipei but probably get better food from a TGI Friday’s.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The five-star credit goes to the service. Even during the COVID-19 pandemic which led to few customers in Friday night, the staffs still serve with their full hospitality.
We had a farewell party tonight and the restaurant prepared a gift and kindly helped to pack to-go food. Very impressive service and smiles from the staffs!

Staffs are very accommodating especially, Ariel.
Their seafood’s the best and of course my favorite area, the dessert ♥️♥️♥️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I preface my review by saying, we are vegetarians and this is not a vegetarian buffet. Even with that being said, Cozzi was very accommodating to our dietary needs. The buffet itself has limited options for vegetarians, but whatever they had was very clearly labeled. Knowing we were vegetarians, they even prepared noodles and fried rice dishes for us, which was nice. The dessert section was quite complete and the options were all delicious, at least the ones I tried. The hostess, waiters, and staff we encountered were all extremely friendly and courteous. This wouldn't be a bad choice for non-vegetarians because even with limited options we had an enjoyable dining experience.
