Nice bread and food good size portions

Cool bakery! This touristic factory is roomy with many seats upstairs. The aroma of cheese and bread suffuses the space. Apart from the dessert they prepare freshly, some light foods and soft drinks are also available. One can sit to enjoy a palatable afternoon tea in this cozy place. So nice~

Honestly, I really wanted to love this place. 3/7/20 we arrived at 11:10AM, just me and the girls. Beautiful showroom, with a product area selling their famous cookies and biscuits amongst other goods, then towards the left they have a dining area that expands into a second floor space, accessible by elevator. I've been wanting to check this place out since it opened, but every time we pass by it on the way to other factories along the same road, the parking lot in front was full so we never got the chance. Turns out there's another parking lot off to the right, but it's not marked well, and unfortunately no logo of the company, so you'd never even know the parking lot was for CP Cheese Factory. I made several loops before finding the parking lot, and wasn't sure if the place was stroller friendly so I picked up my 10kg baby and my 3 year old in one hand and walked over. At first I was expecting a shop setup, but it was like walking into a beautiful home, cozy and warm. I went straight to the restaurant and figured I could sit down with the girls to eat a bit before lunch, so we proceeded to order two drinks, a Milk Tea and a seasonal Strawberry Milkshake plus their very own Strawberry Cheese Pizza (YES!) and a Mexican Pork Burrito, which I requested to have for takeout. Things to take note of: 1. There is a minimum spend, an item per person. Babies are not counted so technically I only had to order one thing. 2. YOU HAVE TO PAY AT THE COUNTER before they process your order. This was inconvenient because I was alone with two babies and not at all possible for me to leave them at all, but thankfully a waiter helped me process on my Visa. 3. I was there at 11:10AM seated right away, 12:05PM still no order in sight, no pizza, and both girls are now hungry. I had to ASK about my order twice, first time at around 11:43AM the waiter told me my order was in process. Second time they told me they didn't make the order because they were waiting for me to give a cue to make the take out portion of the order, and they thought the food was all for takeout. By 12:20PM I finally had the order, but by that time the girls were starving. NOW I'm a bit frustrated, I've been sitting here waiting for close to an hour and you're telling me this now? Terrible experience and I had to tell them firmly that this was unacceptable, to fix my bill, which they did not do, but gave two cakes to rectify their mistake. However, really just a disappointing experience. We wanted to take some photos for IG to give them some exposure, but with no pizza and product, there really was not much we could do. We had no chance to try the food fresh either, and at lunch, we had an extremely large family gathering so all the food basically went to waste. Disappointed in the service and had no opportunity to try the food. Not sure if we would ever go back again, and would not recommend to our loyal followers. ***edit Even more disappointed with the response from the owner. Funny, the owner was not on site but has so much opinion on what transpired that day. Your staff had mistaken my order. I waited, and if you have to be petty, both your timing and my timing was at least over 40 minutes with other orders after mine already on the table. You made a mistake and couldn't own up to it. Not sure what you wanted to prove with your response, but in the age of social media, one bad review is too much, and you've got...more than one.

Not really much to see here, basically just a restaurant. Cheesecakes were alright, portion was small for the price. Place is designed quite nicely, unfortunately not much of a factory to see though.

First time in a cheese factory that doesn't make cheese. Ok desserts though, especially the local shaved ice. The rest is kind of disappointing compared to the hype.

To start with its not a cheese factory as they don't have any cheese to sell. It's a cheese cafe as they incorporate cheese into food and cake. The only thing we like here is the ice.

Although there is not many products selling, the snacks were tasty and worth to take a seat for drinking coffee. Suitable for taking rest after walking long distance.
