★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great Hotel.The front desk staff was very helpful. Rooms are spacious and clean.The room was equipped with refrigerator, hot water pot and safe.The shower has rain shower head with colorful led lights.The hotel is away from the downtown so you will definitely need a car or some form of transportation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The sound block is awful. Can easily hear people talking at hallways and outside the window (I was on the 4th floor). Door bell and telephone ring is also very clear and loud from neighboring rooms. Have to wait a long time for hot water at shower. Have dirty stains on the pillow case.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They don’t guarantee a parking spot for registered guests and make you park your car on the (very dark and sketchy looking) street. Other issues: no gym, shower water pressure is meager, hot water takes a looooooooooooooooong time to get to temperature and breakfast buffet is full of fruit flies.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location is not great but the rooms good. They could do better if they can regulate the temperature of water supply. Hard to have a proper shower when the water is very hot one moment and icy cold the next. Breakfast is good with a wide variety of choices.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staying there for a night back in December 2018. The room is spacious and the price is reasonable. They provide each room with free water bottles. That is pretty nice. What I don't like are: The bathroom is a bit moldy. And the temperature of the shower is not easy to adjust. In additoion to that, the over crowdedness in the breakfast buffet room is really overwhelming. The food supply is not enough for the demand. The whole situation is really chaotic. I understand the hotel is popular with group tours. But they should think about a way to handle the breakfast rush.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located on the outskirts of the Taitung city. No shops or convenience stores in the vicinity and very dark at night. The room is spacious and clean. The bed is big and comfortable. Parquet flooring. Bathroom with glass shower cubicle. Smart card access. Free and fast WiFi in the room. Buffet breakfast on the ground floor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I give this place a 5 star. Great CP value. We were upgraded to this hotel. We paid about 1980NT on Friday night. Enjoyed the jacuzzi, the pool and sauna. The breakfast was excellent as well. Although it’s about 20min drive to Taitung city and little indoor parking spots, I would still recommend this place to families. Would come back again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ stayed here for 2 night in a family room and it was overall very good experience. the rooms were roomy and clean. Sound insulation in the rooms are OK, you can hear other people a but but it's not too bad. Parking for the hotel is mostly outdoors as they only have a few basement parking spots. They also have a Spa, they do require you to have a swimsuit and a swimming cap. there's also a breakfast lounge that came with my stay, not sure if it's always included. the breakfast is buffet style with lots of options. it's located in a more remote area but as long as you have a car it should be no problem.
