★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 去年12月去加油，因為有緊急的電話，所以在車已經熄火的狀況下接電話，被員工告知不能使用手機，告知我也覺得是正常的，但用口氣很兇的方式告知，就讓人覺得很差的感覺了，不能用手機就不能用，啊口氣兇成那樣是兇什麼！不知道的還以為是更年期膩啦，況且現在都可以用手機支付了，還不能講電話，真是笑死人，所以最不爽的點還是態度差，服務爛，以後不會去那邊加油了！
I went to refuel in December last year. Because there was an emergency call, I answered the call when the car was turned off. I was told by the staff that I could not use the mobile phone. I also thought it was normal to tell me, but I told people in a very aggressive way. It feels so bad. If you can't use your mobile phone, you can't use it. What a fierce tone! I don’t know, I thought it was because of menopause. Besides, you can pay with your mobile phone now, and you can’t talk on the phone. It's a real laugh. So the most uncomfortable thing is the poor attitude and bad service. I won't go there to cheer in the future!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 煩請中油直營公司訓練好員工品質感謝?常遇到臉臭加油噴出，甚至不曉得為啥關閉加油島，路障和橫向分隔桿直接壓在我機車上，然後掉頭就走，為什麼會有這麼爛的人，連加個油都要被搞的如此氣憤。
