★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 之前來加油，加油完沒拿好把我中油集點卡用不見，反應後有再辦一張給我，上週更跨張，我4/22 16:54去加油，中油卡沒還我，隔天去詢問，回覆沒有看到，這裡人員需加強訓練，都不主動處理，客人加油，卡没還也不處理，點數都白白被浪費了。
I came to cheer up before, but I didn’t get my CNPC collection card after refueling. After the reaction, I gave it to me. Last week, I went to cheer on 4/22 16:54, but the CNPC card was not returned to me. I went to inquire the next day, but I didn't see the reply. The staff here need to strengthen training, and they don't take the initiative to deal with it. The guests cheer, the card is not processed, and the points are wasted in vain.
