★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid this place during lunchtime and Friday through Sunday. More compact than the newer Costcos in Taiwan, I find that for specialty items (electronics) this Costco seems to skew higher-end than the Xizhi or Zhonghe stores, and my impression is that a lot of the specialty sales seem to occur here. Subjective impression is that this place is nicer to shop than the Zhonghe store and about the same as the Xizhi store.
