★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shocked there aren't more salad places in Taichung. Was really happy to find this alternative to so much fried food. You can create your own salad with a choice of five toppings, plus chicken, tuna, or eggs and your choice of lettuce and dressing. Sometimes the place is crowded sometimes it isn't. It's a good salad.

P.s. the menu is in Chinese but they staff can speak English so they can help you to translate.
