★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Creative casa 的售後服務相當讓我感到相當滿意；去年買了一張陶板餐桌，但過半年後竟發現桌面陶板出現裂痕；打電話反應後，Creative casa看到我傳的照片後二話不說馬上承諾會直接從義大利原廠再調一張替我進行更換；其間雖因遇上海運船期、運河被塞住的種種問題稍稍delay了一下，但是他們的服務人員隨時會update最新進展；在在都讓人感受到他們對客戶的用心，另外大力推薦要買他們的傢俱產品直接找Nina就對了！我對她的銷售服務與態度都十分的滿意！
Creative casa's after-sales service is quite satisfactory to me; I bought a ceramic table last year, but after half a year, I found cracks on the tabletop ceramic plate; after making a call, Creative casa saw the photos I posted and said nothing. I promised to directly transfer another one from the original Italian factory to replace it for me; although there was a slight delay due to various problems such as shipping schedules and blocked canals, their service staff will update the latest progress at any time; It makes people feel their care for customers, and it is highly recommended to go directly to Nina if you want to buy their furniture products! I am very satisfied with her sales service and attitude!
