★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were shopping for a pair of crocs for a 3 year old. The staff wasn’t helpful and could care less. The entire experience was simply terrible, but we need to buy the shoes urgently, so we bought a pair at regular piece anyway. After we purchased, I asked for a trash bag that was lying on the floor, so the kid could change to the new shoes. It wasn’t a new bag. It was literally a trash bag with hangers ready to be thrown away. The staff didn’t bother to look at us and said it’s the policy that they don’t provide bags. I typically don’t leave bad reviews - but well done.
