我一向很脆弱的玻璃腰，常常一不小心就閃到，在這裡運動半年多以來，我幾乎沒有受傷過，而且還逐漸變身成為「強化玻璃腰」
我始終相信一個好的教練就是指導&協助你做到標準的動作，幫助你做到最好的運動程度
一步一步一直進步並且讓你避免受傷的可能~
所以說，讓專業的來！就是這樣！

I have always been a fragile glass waist, and often flashed accidentally. I have hardly been injured since I exercised for more than half a year, and I have gradually become a "strengthened glass waist".
I always believe that a good coach is to guide & assist you in standard movements and help you achieve the best level of exercise
Progress step by step and let you avoid the possibility of injury ~

Prior to here I’ve been to many local training studios/ commercial gyms in Melbourne/Kaohsiung, but found nothing like Dakau. The trainings are fun and engaging, but don’t get me wrong you’ll have a good sweaty session! ???
I recommend this place to people who’s looking for small and affordable group training, you’ll also learn some cool CrossFit techniques ??
之前一直在找地方運動 意外的發現這個地方 (真的超級低調）試了一次馬上加入 推薦給跟我一樣想找小班制 練混合肌力心肺的人 教練很認真教技術 重點是價格很佛系 也完全沒有推銷賣課程 高雄想運動的朋友認真的可以來試試 ??

I have been looking for a place to exercise before and found this place by accident (really super low-key) I tried it once and joined it immediately. Recommended for people like me who want to find a small class to train with mixed muscle strength and cardio. The coach is very serious about teaching techniques. There is absolutely no sales course for Kaohsiung friends who want to exercise seriously, you can try it ??
