In the general gym you train yourself with equipment, and in the Croosfit Box you train yourself with your body! This is a sports place that subverts the traditional gym! Combine retraining, aerobics, and gymnastics! The coach is very professional! Students will also encourage each other! Definitely a good place to break through yourself!

I dropped in this box last month
Coach was good at English so I could join a class very conveniently and his teaching was so nice. it's so very close to the subway station and also clean :)
