作為從沒去過健身房的初學者,選擇這裡學習與訓練真心讓我覺得來對了! 1.教練親切又毒舌,即便非一對一的團體訓練,也能針對個人給予調整,無論是重量強度、姿勢的建議,都很到位? 2.地方雖小,但能做到的訓練一個都沒少,器材都能靈活運用 3.訓練的費用我覺得合理到有點佛心,畢竟在旗山這個小地方,實在不適合市區一次年費或月費的方式 唯一的缺點就是,沒辦法在家自己訓練了,因為重量不夠了!
