9/23一早就前往開戶 昨天上午11點多去南勢角分行開戶跟我說要等9個人5個小時 實在是太傻眼了 只好今天來雙和分行看看 8:50幾到前面排四個 快9點的時候後面排了7.8個人 如果要開戶的話還是早點到比較好 服務人員動作蠻快的 也利用要整理資料的時間先跟我解釋近期活動 雖然我最後沒有辦理活動的部分 但也不會感覺到她的不耐煩 之後就前往一號櫃檯林小姐幫我辦理一些開戶和網銀的部分 因為是第一次開戶 很多不了解的地方 她也是非常有耐心的跟我說明!非常非常棒!!!!!整個辦下來約一小時 但後面好像沒有人要辦開戶 所以才會有推薦活動的部分

12/10下午1324取號開户,親切的女行員協助我線上填妥相關資料,然後說開户要等1-1.5小時,等到1410實在忍不住去問是那櫃辦開户?現場9櫃。結果說僅1號櫃辦理開户而且到142O由2號櫃支援開户。我也是同業既然已由行員引導讓客戶線上先填寫完整資料,依常理應可減少部分作業流程。後續一直聽到大門口的行員跟再來開户的客人說要2小時!!真昏倒

由於是服務類型並非飲食類型的點,所以通常好評的人並不會主動給予評價,但差評的一定會,所以分數和評論的部份參考度可能會相對較低一些。 今天辦理業務是開戶,整個流程都有行員進行引導,從我進銀行開始,一直到輪到我到櫃位時都有專人指引,這部份我覺得值得讚賞。 在開戶的過程,似乎是行員的電腦系統有問題,導致提款卡一直失敗,沒想到隔壁櫃準備要去吃飯的小姐就立刻想出解決方案,把同時申請提款卡改成另外申請提款卡,除此之外還直接幫我申辦,結果很不好意思的一個人佔用了兩個櫃位,對此我個人認為應變速度非常快,給予鼓勵。 另外,銀行的行員穿著T恤制服,比起穿西裝套裝來說較有親近感,我個人覺得很少有來銀行辦事還有那麼輕鬆無壓力的情況,我覺得很棒!
