★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 第一次來是來開戶 第二次來只是來開功能的 時隔多年回來都被同個先生態度氣死 抽個號碼牌辦個業務許多人都會 為什麼抽個號碼牌、等待、簽個名都要經過這個接待員同意 簽名也要催促 如果不耐煩可以不要攬事做啊 每次來都被門口穿西裝的接待員綁手綁腳的 下次直接繞去別家分行了 只針對接待員 警衛跟臨櫃人員都很好

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 果然真的是效率超級慢，辦理業務趕時間的千萬不要來，二樓櫃檯只有四個，尖峰時段竟然只有兩個人在，我看大家等到都懷疑人生了。

BTW這家銀行的保全人員也很熱心助人?（跟其他家比起來感覺認真積極許多?）
