一進去就會有熱心店員上來接洽結果只是為了推信用卡?,我先表明是要來辦原帳戶加開交割功能業務,結果被店員糊弄推line pay卡,填資料越想越不對,再次重申後店員回我:「我是跟妳說這張信用卡很好用,給我做個業績啦!」(? 然後等很久,非~常久,一進去就拿號碼牌顯示要等30幾號…?‍?,積一堆待辦客戶然後臨櫃只有4、5個窗口在運作,每個客戶又花很長時間,沒遇過這麼不俐落的銀行,該辦的業務不趕快處理消化客群,然後旁邊的人在狂拉信用卡客戶,根本本末倒置的效率?

I arrived on a Friday morning and it was crowded. If you're only going to do a single transaction (單筆) let the customer service person know ahead, they'll give you an express queueing line. I went through the express line quite fast but realized I had other things to handle so the bank teller asked me to pick a regular queue number. My waiting time was 50 minutes for the regular line despite all the counters being open, it was just a busy time. I had expected to wait for a long time due to experience. Luckily it was my day off of work, I was not unhappy, but It would be much better if they fix that. My visit felt fine until the regular line teller helped me. To be fair, she was fast and responsive. She was also pro-active, initiating to help me make a copy of my new passport and ARC since I'm a foreigner. Though at the same time, I felt like I was being bossed around. After she helped me with my banking app problem she asked for my phone which I was fine but the screen was only facing her so I couldn't see what was going on. To some people it might be fine but nowadays phones are an extend to people's privacy. They should do a training on that. After she handed me my phone back she asked me to try to log in and I asked her a simple question about the app. The teller briefly answered "Just do it". I am thankful ATM machines and banking app can do so much now, I would not like having to come back to queue and being bossed around too often.
