The service was terribly poor. I passed a number (3008). The lady at the counter asked me to redraw the number (3012). As a result, the customer of 3010 also passed the number. After the lady had processed 3011, she helped her cut the queue in front of me. Is your guest an idiot? Never come to this bad branch again!
