再次來匯款，增加外場服務，效率改善很多，改成4顆星
2021/11/19上午，想匯個款。門口警衛幫忙抽VIP號碼牌。匯一個款3分鐘應該可以辦好，卻讓人從9：17等到10：05。主要是，現場一個VIP佔用了三號櫃檯，40分鐘。現場的管理主管應變能力，作業程序、號碼牌的制度，很有問題。我認為，就服務上來說，完全是激怒客戶的作法，非常值得檢討。

It should be possible to transfer a money in 3 minutes, but people wait from 9:17 to 10:05. Mainly, a VIP on site occupied the third counter for 40 minutes. The on-site management supervisor's ability to adapt to changes, operating procedures, and the number plate system are very problematic. In my opinion, as far as service is concerned, it is completely irritating to customers, and it is worth reviewing.

座位非常少，大多客人都在罰站，還會被一直推銷信用卡。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 效率有夠差 櫃檯各種業務混合叫號辦理 前面要是開戶或是外匯 動軋一人佔用30分鐘 VIP及公司戶可以插隊 座位又少 罰站一小時以上是常有的事

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 無摺存款 等了一小時才辦到 四個櫃台 業務混和叫號(叫號也無章法) 我前面只辦了5人 一人平均就吃掉半小時 座位不足只能站著 VIP及公司戶可以優先插隊辦理 一般存匯沒啥利潤 只能乾瞪眼看著櫃檯小姐跟客人插科打諢加推銷慢慢來 私人銀行比公家銀行還糟糕 沒有任何主管出來關心 給一顆星都嫌多
