第一次來南港的中國信託辦理業務,因為密碼輸入太多次金融卡片被鎖住了很著急,一進銀行大門就有警衛很親切的說掃步驟ㄧ實名制補助跟步驟二取號碼;由於去別家中國信託都沒這樣感覺感覺步驟很多很麻煩,想直接進去點螢幕取號碼;但是聽警衛耐心解說,想一想還是手機取號試試看,感覺還不錯,不用間接接觸碰到取號機;然後在座位區有位謝小姐(有問她貴姓)幫我服務拿表單讓我先填,服務很好,很貼心,到了一號櫃臺林小姐認真服務的態度,是我去過別家分行沒有碰過的值得讚許。

真的連一顆星都不想給,要不是非得臨櫃辦理的業務,真的不想去,因為之前臨櫃的經驗都太差。只要存摺拿出來,櫃檯人員就像蒼蠅見到血,從基金、保險等拼命推銷;要不就馬上叫理專來,死纏爛打,明明吿知趕時間,櫃檯就故意拖時間,好讓理專有時間推銷。昨天的經驗更恐怖,一臨櫃馬上說你的客戶資料有問題,我知道銀行要KYC,但其他家銀行哪有像中信這麼可怕的,根本是趁機做身家調查,看你是否有任何資產都要想辦法榨出來。雖然臨櫃的小姐態度還不錯,但電話轉給總行的人居然咄咄逼人地質疑我說,之前打電話給你為何不接,你的資料有問題。我說其他家銀行都沒問題,你的問題是什麼?他說你填的公司已經解散,我說最近公私兩忙,再加上疫情的關係,我沒有留意,因很多事都是會計在處理,她說那你提供其他的工作包括公司名稱讓她去查,我說我是和朋友合作現在不方便,等我回去詳查再提供,不然先填家管算了,她又堅持不行!真是笑話了,我又不是只有一家往來銀行,合庫、上海商銀、台新等往來都超過十年以上,真沒見過有中信這麼可怕的銀行人員!更別說我之前遇到中信卡得更多可怕的事,服務超爛,真不要吃定客戶一定要跟你們往來,我已經下定決心要「搬家」了!

客服態度有待加強,話都還沒說完,一直搶話,申辦東西也是講的不清不楚,其他銀行都不會這樣,直接把兩張信用卡剪掉不用

電話根本打不進去都沒有人接乾脆不要設置電話好了,線上客服也根本沒用只會叫我等待?等20分鐘了也太久了吧?

網路申辦信用卡的效率低以外,客服根本無法解決問題,反應的時候,接聽的人還說,還是這裡可以幫你取消申辦信用卡,不缺業績也不是這樣吧?雖然客服人員口氣沒有不好,但也沒有要幫忙解決的意思。 而且任何回應都是官方說法1-2週自行網路追蹤進度, 請問公司都沒有制度去控管申辦的流程嗎? 雖然知道在這裡反應也無效,但辦卡及刷卡的問題,真是讓人覺得無助呢
