今天去問一般開戶的事情 問完回家後想到 忘記問證券開戶的事情 所以又去了一次 才剛進去門口警衛就跟服務小姐說 她剛剛不是有來過了 我也沒回話直接問小姐我要問的問題就走了 現在一天內是不能去兩次是嗎? 什麼叫她剛剛不是有來過 去過又怎樣就不能再去了嗎?

開個戶等超級久,從早上十一點等到四點有沒有搞錯啊,而且開戶的櫃檯只有一個,明明要開戶的客人這麼多,為什麼不懂得調整人力啊,都把人力放置在存款轉帳的業務上,明明就知道開戶的手續需要三十分鐘,幹嘛不多增加櫃檯服務啊!雖然有提醒,但是住家很遠的人實在是很麻煩(。ì _ í。)

進來,表示要開戶,掃碼取號了,然後讓人用線上APP填資料,APP還一直當掉,好不容易填完,又跳到取號畫面,然後得再取一次號,然後號碼跟進來的又往後跳不同號碼了,試問那進來取第一次號意義是什麼?要不是因為上班需求,真的很不想來辦這家銀行的開戶,然後只會一直推銷你辦卡,辦卡速度都特快啦!傻爆眼!開戶能不能好好開戶,可以不要一直推銷嗎?你們不知道你們開戶只有一個櫃檯,然後還很愛浪費時間嗎

服務台的先生態度超級好!感覺很熱愛他的工作,一步一步帶著我操作無卡存款,非常友善?? 上一次來開戶時,一位女士跟我說可以帶我線上開戶比較快,但她沒告訴我金融卡會有預設密碼,我也沒注意到,於是乎就被鎖卡啦… 來解卡時,發現身分證在家人那,身上有駕照跟健保卡,但櫃員表示雙證件中一定要有一個是身分證,詢問是否可以用電子檔或是直接給她影本,都不行…。 我表示當初開戶時不時有上傳過身分證資料嗎?能不能直接用那個? 櫃員表示,那是上傳給總公司,分行這邊沒有資料。 嗯…不是都是同公司嗎?? 櫃員還問了,帳戶裡的錢是誰轉帳給我的,我不理解這有什麼關係,覺得這個問題好奇怪。
