保全人員的態度真的是太差了，第一次去太急不知道二樓怎麼走問他，保全直接不耐煩的說吼剛剛不是跟你說了嗎，邊唸邊帶我去，第二次去辦換折，領完號碼牌聽到保全大聲說硬要換剛剛明明看到她要走了，不知道他是不是覺得自己很小聲，但這態度實在太差了。

10號櫃台的林小姐人很nice，服務好，很親切！ 詢問各種問題她都會幫忙解答！ 只是後面的主管就很不能苟同了… 還懷疑客戶拿什麼級別的信用卡，是需要客戶直接把信用卡貼在臉上給她看的意思嗎

Bank is great if you never leave Taiwan. Something to know (Most tellers aren't aware for foreign customers.) 1. Once your ARC expires, your ATM card will not work outside of Taiwan. Why I'm so disgruntled... Because at the last minute I was notified my ATM card would not work once I left Taiwan, I made out a bank check for $1000 USD for my brother (was hoping he would have the money for me by the time I arrived in the US). By accident, I threw out the check with other papers on the way to the airport. The check is gone and cannot be recovered. I am now in the USA and will not be returning to Taiwan. In this situation, the bankers do not know how to proceed and continue making up policies because they don't want to deal with it. No one knows the correct policy or what it really is. 1. I have called this bank branch multiple times. 2. Stopped at the overseas branch of Chinatrust in San Jose, California 3. Sent a notarized copy a letter offering suggestions on how to resolve the issue with copies of my passport, arc card, Chinatrust ATM card. 4. Sent e-mails to every online representative I could find from Chinatrust. 5. Filed a report with the Taipei City's version of the Better Business Bureau. Result: 1. Each time I am given a different answer. Latest answer was to: -file a police report -wait a year -pay a $700 USD fee -stop by this Taiwan branch in person 2. Overseas branch said US Chinatrust has different policies and cannot help me. 3. My suggestions of wiring the money to my US account, reissuing the check and mailing it, or redepositing the check into my Chinatrust account were not acceptable. 4. No emails have been responded to. 5. Last correspondence was entirely in Chinese so a little stumped for the moment (My reading ability is very poor). The check has not been cashed (I asked for it to be cancelled but doubtful that they have even done that.) and Chinatrust still has my money. So, guess I'm out $1000 USD for now and Chinatrust has decided to keep my money. I should have went with HSBC.
