★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 效率有夠差，開五個櫃檯，前面16個人要等超過一個小時才輪到⋯一個櫃檯一個小時平均只能消化3個人？原來是會問一堆要不要加辦的業務事項，是在哈囉？？？？？先把手上的業務做好可以嗎？

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 營業時間後打電話，完全進不了線，從15:40打到16:05，還是透過客服轉接才能接通電話，如果您沒有分機號碼是完全無法進線的。非常不友善的設計，一顆星真的太多了

If you do not have an extension number, you cannot enter the line at all. Very unfriendly design, one star is really too many

如果 這樣服務客人的效率 ？?️速度真的超慢
可能可以改前一天就抽票排隊了

告知最後一趟會電聯通知，領簿子免排隊，
又一週後來電通知什麼都不用帶可直接領，
到現場窗口卻又要印章轉帳作業……請下次再來

Another week later, I called and told you that you don't need to bring anything and you can take it directly.
I went to the on-site window but asked for stamp transfer again...please come again next time

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今天開戶一位陳o伶小姐專辦的，以及一位像田美都的小姐辦資料填寫，兩位態度都非常的優質也很快速十分感謝，無奈開戶手續就是這麼繁瑣，（紙本資料要填線上也要填）時間真的是拖很久，但一直有小姐問在場的人需要什麼服務，基本上是很不錯的唷！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 到其他分行，不要來這裡。一到現場，我這個業務前面等候38人，辦理其他事項不算（也就是等候著超過38人），想要來辦理相關業務者還是多想想，此分行人手嚴重不足，剛剛看了評論原來已有多人抱怨，只怪自己來之前沒有先看評論。中國信託銀行，非常沒有效率，不到一分鐘可以辦好的業務，我等了一個多小時，超級誇張

Those who want to handle related businesses should think more about it. This branch is seriously understaffed. I just read the comments and it turns out that Many people have complained, just because they didn't read the comments before coming. China Trust Bank is very inefficient. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compared to all the other CTBC branches I have visited; this one is the least pleasant.
Waiting area is cramped and often crowded, which doesn't help because the overall pace of work is slow and inefficient. You can always expect a long waiting time.
Very often there's no one who can speak even basic English. Overall customer service is subpar.
I hope CTBC opens another branch in this area so I don't have to go to this one.
