★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 服務人員態度等等沒話說,
重點是沒地方停車.人一堆,
服務櫃檯又不多開幾個……
每次來都是人滿為患～
一堆人只有2~3個櫃位可以服務，
我等了一個多小時.服務小姐也定在那邊！
難道加開櫃檯很困難嗎？
服務小姐難道都不需要洗手間或喝水？

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 每次來這家中國信託總是人滿為患，完全沒有想改善效率的問題，服務人員的服務非常友善良好這沒問題！但是中國信託不想增設或是擴點服務櫃檯，所以中國信託似乎不是很在乎桃園八德的客戶！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 中國信託的客服爛到爆，電話永遠打不進去，銀行綁客戶的手段也是極其惡劣，信用卡辦理停卡繳清後，過幾天又收到簡訊說我錢多繳了，要退給我，（那你們當初客服跟銀行確認收多少是確認假的嗎？）然後一定要用他們的帳戶不然就要再多扣30元。這是什麼道理啊？而且，那會不會退給我之後哪天帳算錯了再叫我繳錢？這種銀行真的很可怕！話都是他們在說的，誰也不知道，他們的系統哪天會退錢，哪天會讓你多繳錢，人生跟銀行牽扯的越少越好！
