我非常討厭去銀行因為會等很久還會看到服務人員的臭臉還回答的不是很清楚都會回答這個問題不是我在處理的請我去找別人.等待心情就不好了還要受服務人員的氣真的是非常火大。結果我昨天專程要把中信的錢轉出來找一家服務好,又有笑容又親切的銀行放錢放進去才不會要領錢受ㄧ肚子氣。結果我去中國信託民安店量體溫抽號碼排坐在位子等待,結果就有一位帶口罩的美麗服務人員李雅鈴小姐安扶我來問我要辦什麼業務,我就說我很生氣我的問題跑很多家妳們中國信託都沒辦法幫我解決叫我留電話會跟我通知等了很久,都沒有打電話來我就說如果今天沒辦法幫我處理好我就要把中國信託的錢領出來跟中信做個處理,李小姐就請我去他的櫃臺坐還請我喝水讓我不要那麼生氣,我說妳們要業績我就給你們業績可是你們售後服務非常差我跑兩三趟給業績的中信分行還是不能解決叫我留電話也沒有打給我啊真的是欺騙客戶啊,然後李雅鈴小姐說給他一次機會幫我處理看看還請我喝水消氣還很有耐心笑容 請我坐在位子上等他他馬上就想辦法很快的他就處理好了,我很感動他總於幫我處理好我很大問題。他還問我說還有什麼問題他能幫我處理的,我就問一下儲蓄險的問題他也很有耐心問我的需求他也很替客人 想讓客人沒有壓力下存錢還能賺到錢也讓客人輕鬆存錢還能賺錢’李雅鈴小姐也不會要業績叫客戶有壓力的存錢賺錢都沒有私心, 一直有笑容耐心幫我處理好讓我很高興他真的是超級好的服務人員我也讓他的服務感動我去領別間的錢存在中信了.我本來以為他是主管結果我給他要名片我才知道他是專員讓我嚇到了.我想說主管才會安扶客人幫客人解決問題讓客人安心快樂回家。所以我大力推薦中國信託民安分行的李雅鈴小姐的替客人想的服務我給他100分.我覺得他的服務需要很多人向他學習,他應該是有當主管的條件他也是救服務業的精神,也是救中國信託的人不要讓中信客人走掉去別的銀行請中國信託的長管董事長好好珍惜妳這位好員工他是救你們公司的客戶
