★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 效率超超超超超超超超超超超超差 連一顆星都不想給 只是要換個日幣等了1個小時 太扯了吧 工作效率太差 好幾個人員都在位置上不知道在做什麼 不是應該先以民眾、顧客為主嗎？

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 都要等超久 等了40分鐘 一點動靜都沒有 櫃檯好幾個在裝忙 做自己的事 不知道其他中國信託也是這樣 還是只有這間分行的櫃檯人員這樣？完全不會想再來 有夠爛
I have to wait for 40 minutes and there is no movement at all. Several counters are pretending to be busy doing their own business. I don’t know if other China trusts are like this, or is it only the counter staff in this branch? I don't want to come back at all, it's bad enough

不知道業務辦理的排隊規則是什麼
建議取號後去旁邊逛街吃下午茶再來
不然真的樹懶等級的久
但是服務人員態度很好增加1星

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 一般提款 匯款 才開2個櫃位（怎麼夠呢？）其他用外幣投資 等了快50分鐘 才叫了沒幾號 一位客人用了約20分鐘 每次來都要等好久 超沒效率浪費時間 別家中國信託會這樣嗎？會讓人不想使用這家銀行 來一次的都要等超級久！
Generally, only 2 counters are opened for withdrawal and remittance (how is it enough?) Others have to wait for almost 50 minutes for foreign currency investment before calling a few numbers. One customer spent about 20 minutes and waited for a long time every time. Will other Chinese trusts do this? It will make people not want to use this bank and it will take a super long time to come!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 第一次自己來辦開戶，其實什麼都不懂，很怕遇到不耐煩的，可是個人覺得不像大部分評論所說的那麼差，在星期五人最多的這天等的也不會太久都是合理範圍，警衛大哥也很熱心，還有四號櫃檯的小姐也超親切，服務感覺也非常專業，效率也很好。
This is my first time to open an account by myself. Actually, I don't know anything. I'm afraid of being impatient, but I personally don't think it's as bad as most of the comments say, and it won't take too long to wait on Friday, the most crowded day. All are within a reasonable range. The elder brother of the guard is also very enthusiastic, and the lady at the No. 4 counter is also very kind, and the service feels very professional and efficient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 趕時間建議善用網路APP先取號碼牌，現場等真的會等滿久的。感覺櫃檯人員不足加上比較新手，所以效率確實不太好，但服務態度都蠻好的?
強烈建議如果是辦理小孩的帳戶問題，建議可以透過網路或電話問清楚要帶的東西再過去，畢竟如果等很久加上遺漏東西導致無法辦理，可能會滿生氣的?
