建議改善方式：
一、引導民眾使用ATM存匯款
多教幾次，鼓勵民眾不要浪費櫃台人力資源
二、今天開戶人數高達十二人，卻只有一個服務櫃台
應該因應民眾需求調配服務人力
存匯款需求雖然比較快可以消化
但是如果需要等待，也是變相鼓勵民眾使用ATM服務
三、不知道貴行如何安排中午人力
建議應該要避開12-01點需求高峰時段輪休
就像餐飲業不會在民眾用餐時段用餐或休息
雖然辛苦，但也是職務所需吧!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 這是第二次來此辦理業務，第一次來辦linepay簽帳金融卡，這次來臨櫃開OTP。
除了前面不太好停車外，一切都非常好。
從一進門的先生親切的招呼，
到辦理開通專業又和藹的小姐（陳怡君專員吧？我有點記不清楚...）
以及介紹我招財虎存錢筒的可愛小姐（7號櫃台吧？？）
讓人感覺中信的優質。
沒有拍到中信的虎撲滿，用中信銀行的網頁圖片替代一下。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以前住在中和都會來這一間，現在搬到台北了。還會騎腳踏車跑來這一間辦事情。我很懷念當初幫我辦房貸的服務員，也很喜歡裡面的環境，非常乾淨而且明亮。
首衛人員很有善，而且非常方便臨停。又在捷運站旁邊。
當然有時候會遇到賣保單人員，但幾乎任何銀行都會推銷投資理財。也許我個人比較喜歡多方面投資跟參考，要不要買也是個人的選擇性。了解越多，多方面比較自己買不買也有收穫。
昨天付房貸的時候，貼心的櫃檯人員還特別端一杯水，因為我的狗狗口渴。更細心的是，還問我要溫的還是冷的。很溫暖。
這十幾年來，感謝中和分行的合作幫我賺第一桶金！
