上次去此分行開第二個戶頭,服務人員說要打給公司照會,但我剛剛去永和分行,根本就不需要照會,詢問永和分行,開第二個戶頭根本不用照會,因為是個人薪資戶 我在民生東也出示我公司的App和我的工作證,服務人員說要請示主管,之後一樣說要照會,所以主管不知道到底要不要照會? 態度很差,效率更差

站門口的警衛拜託做好警衛的本份就好,不瞭解用戶要辦的事項就算了,堅持要用戶帶本不需要的文件,多跑一趟費力又費時。明明詢問一下就知道的東西又硬要裝懂,真的當別人時間很多是不是?這個員工訓練真的有待加強...剩下兩星皆是給櫃檯的工作人員親切與專業的態度。警衛方面建議直接換掉,真的扣分很多。

門口警衛對業務一知半解.也不去詢問行員是否能辦理相關業務.直接不讓客人取號碼牌,如果警衛能力那麼好.建議可以升起來做行員啊.當門口的服務人員是不是太委屈他了

跟門口警衛說我要辦理開戶,之後請我到旁邊的小櫃檯等專員,專員一來態度很差,很不耐煩的問「今天要辦理什麼?」還說LOL的金融卡不能現場辦,但很可惜我再到銀行之前已經有先打電話詢問可不可以現場辦,之後才改口說目前只剩某幾張卡面,要現場辦只能拿這幾張,所以一開始就只想打發我走而已?後來才跟我拿身分證要查一些銀行的往來紀錄之類的吧,態度才變好,但因為我想要的卡面現場沒有,所以也是聽從建議線上申辦,但我當時有詢問「線上申辦還有存摺本嗎?」銀行專員只跟我說,等卡下來後再去任一分行辦就可以了,我也等卡下來了,也去其他分行要申辦存摺本,別的分行專員才跟我說,這樣網路的金融卡優惠就會沒有,改為一般的金融卡而已,為什麼當初的專員都不說?只想趕人走,態度真的很差
