★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 這五顆星給今天3/8的信用卡辦卡人員，雖然我不是去辦卡，只是去申請網銀，原本門口人員告知要領號碼牌等一陣子，後來辦卡人員主動告知ATM即可設定，告訴我如何設定，省下很多時間?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 10:53抽到號碼牌，等待人數為13個人，開了4個服務窗口，平均每個窗口服務3個人之後，就可以輪到辦理我的業務。結果我等到12:02，整整60分鐘才輪到我。用數據換算下來，每個窗口服務1個人，平均需要20分鐘。我只能說，管理有問題，效率太差。理財專櫃的2個窗口，應該視情況，機動調整，辦理儲匯業務。
At 10:53, the number card was drawn, the number of people waiting was 13, and 4 service windows were opened. After each window served 3 people on average, it was my turn to handle my business. As a result, I waited until 12:02, a full 60 minutes before it was my turn. Converted from the data, it takes an average of 20 minutes to serve one person at each window. All I can say is that there is a problem with the management and the efficiency is too poor. The two windows of the wealth management counter should be adjusted flexibly according to the situation to handle the foreign exchange storage business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 繳個卡費要等1小時，效率真的很差我不知道這個主管是讓我們客戶等待嗎？ 跟警衛說了愛理不理，詢問之後可以用ATM操作、我就唸那個小姐為什麼不早點說，另外 明明可以取票根卻要我掃碼 這不是強迫人家嗎？真的很差勁 誇張
It takes 1 hour to pay a card fee. The efficiency is really poor. I don't know if this supervisor is making our customers wait? I told the guards that I was ignorant, and I could use the ATM to operate after the inquiry. I asked why the lady didn't tell me earlier. Besides, she asked me to scan the code even though I could get the ticket stub. Isn't that forcing people? really bad exaggeration

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 實在很無言，帶我爸來開個戶要預約，預約完還等上兩小時，中途還來個推銷信用卡，就說新舊都辦過了還不死心，是在哈囉…..
想說下一位就叫到自己了就不選擇坐，結果還有人過來強迫我們去旁邊坐，難道我們站著也有錯嗎？
中信什麼時候變的這麼爛了，效率低，還一直…
