如果中信已知的話，看是要改善流程還是調度櫃台處理，一般櫃台看起來也沒等這麼久，即使加派人手在外場協助處理，但是櫃台裡的流程就是慢啊。

而，中信銀行就是不懂得該多加一台，方便使用者。

那時候是11點初
一開始進去說要辦卡 一個保全跟另一個男生（應該是信用卡業務）一直想趕我走 說什麼很多人 至少最快要等到下午1:30才會到我
我就想說沒關係都來了我就等 他們還是硬要幫我找附近的中信把我趕去那邊
我堅持不要之後 另一個男生在我面前打給經理說：又來一個了
沒多久換經理過來要趕我走
我堅持不走之後 不到12.就到我了 啊不是說最快1:30？
最不爽的是在我面前打電話說又來了 我也沒到快打烊才去吧 超沒禮貌
另一顆星是給幫我辦卡的 他人很好?
1/15 Come to apply for the card on the day

When I first went in, they said they wanted to apply for a card. A security guard and another boy (should be in the credit card business) kept trying to drive me away, saying that many people would not arrive at me at least until 1:30 pm at the earliest.
I just wanted to say it doesn't matter if they come, I'll just wait and they still insist on helping me find a nearby CITIC and drive me there
After I insisted not to, another boy called the manager in front of me and said: another one
Not long after the change of manager came over to chase me away
After I insisted not to go, it was less than 12. It was me. Ah, didn't you say the fastest 1:30?
The most annoying thing is calling in front of me and saying it's coming again. I didn't go until it was about to close. It's super rude
The other star is for helping me with the card, he is very nice?

本來就知道開戶要花費的時間比較長～
建議大家可以事先線上預約喔
（在google map 點電話 就有可以預約的選項了！）
不但可以提前先填好基本資料節省他們的業務量
也可以隨時知道現場候位情況
快到自己的時候再過去就行了！
這樣就不用在現場久等～
警衛以及服務人員都很親切友善?
現場人一直都很多
工作人員都很辛苦
一個接著一個的處理業務沒有休息
希望大家可以互相體諒
多留一點耐心給他們☺️
