★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今天去辦補發存摺才發現,自己體驗後才覺的有很多人可能誤會了,櫃檯沒人卻不叫號可能是因為:1.前一個客戶可能跑去樓下領錢2.等別分行傳真文件過來,不知道要多久,所以會叫客戶回座位休息(我就是這樣)3.等別的人員或主管來核對文件.而服務員玩手機,這也是誤會吧,因為我手機不太會操作(老花眼),服務員直接幫我,所以會讓人覺的他們在玩手機不做事,今天體驗蠻ok的
