★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 這顆代表的是負號，效率真的差到不行。已經先預約取號，想說前面只有4人就先到現場等候，結果，結果光等一人就等了半小時，中間比我晚到的先叫號這是什麼鬼服務。一樣是存款業務1開頭0開頭的差別就可以隨便叫號是嗎？那預約取號幹嘛？
如下列很多人的反應，真的一點改進都沒有

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 因為薪轉來開戶，從10：30等到下午2：30，漫長的等待，等待的位子不夠坐，需要站一下等位子坐，還不外借廁所，必須到對面的85°C上廁所。
全部才5個櫃檯，但只有1個櫃台會辦開戶，如果抽號碼知道，你的前面要等了12個人辦開戶，建議要有心裡準備，帶行充來等。
好不容易叫到號了，站在臨櫃前，也必須罰站辦理40分鐘以上，看著we are family的企業外宣.........
