環境明亮櫃檯人員態度良好，但運氣不好遇到兩光的業務一點簡單的事情就能把你煩死，。除非住樓上，否則別的民營銀行都是更好的選擇。

The environment is bright and the staff at the counter are good, but if you are unlucky, a simple thing can bore you to death. Unless you live upstairs, other private banks are better choices.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 進門要抽號，叫我們要拿手機抽號，跟著拿手機要抽第2號的時候他竟然去按了螢幕上的號碼把下一個號碼給我們後面的人，而且這個是他還連續幹了兩次，也就是說讓別人插隊在我們前面一整個傻眼。你罵他了以後他竟然還說有問題你要講，服務人員態度差，提醒大家來這裡不要用手機抽號免得被人插隊
When we entered the door to draw a number, he told us to use a mobile phone to draw a number. When he followed the mobile phone to draw the second number, he pressed the number on the screen and gave the next number to the person behind us, and he did it continuously. Twice, which means letting someone jump in line ahead of us for a whole dumbfounded. After you scolded him, he even said that there is a problem you want to talk about. The service staff has a bad attitude. I remind everyone not to use mobile phone numbers to avoid being cut in line when you come here.
