★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 為了存一張現金票，等了45分鐘，櫃檯人員4~5人，在這時間內只服務了10來人左右，其中不乏跟我一樣是小額存款或繳費者。
後來有個行員開快速櫃，輪到我時花費不到1分鐘就處理完畢，居然要等那麼久的時間，請貴行檢討改進好嗎!真是討厭浪費時間在銀行等待，簡直莫名其妙!!
In order to save a cash ticket, it took 45 minutes to wait. The counter staff of 4 to 5 people only served about 10 people during this time. Many of them were small depositors or payers like me.
Later, a staff member opened the quick locker, and it took less than 1 minute to process it when it was my turn. It took so long to wait. Could you please review and improve it? I really hate wasting time waiting in the bank. It is inexplicable !!
