要不是人剛好在附近，絕對不會來這間辦任何業務，當作非常非常慢，完全無視客戶寶貴的時間，非常沒有效率，很浪費時間在空等。
這個情況已經10年了，完全不改善，不曉得該分行是什麼心態在經營，莫名其妙！（我以前在樓上上班，所以已經看這個場景很多年了.....）
