★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 昨天因為想辦張新卡直接到這分行辦理，問了一下駐行保全該抽那一種。他只指了個沒人顧的擺型錄櫃台跟我說在那邊... 然後我等了快十分鐘完全被當空氣一樣，保全不管經過的行員也不理。當下決定離開直接上網銀線上辦理，今天就收到通知說申請成功。這種分行服務態度是跑過那麼多銀行跟郵局第一次遇到的。不過去信給客服反映後，很快隔天就來電說明跟道歉，中信的效率還是挺快的

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 每次抽號碼牌 明明就沒什麼客人，但也等很久，感覺比我晚來的都辦理好了，辦理公司的業務用公司帳戶抽號碼牌一樣也等很久。
不管用一般戶或是公司戶 都要等很久。
公司中午休息時間1小時，每次來銀行辦理業務就已經花掉30分鐘，這樣都沒時間吃飯休息。
就算11點到銀行也要等40分鐘以上。
早上9點開門進去，還是要等10分鐘。
最好每天都沒事去銀行等??

我看一堆排隊的，
都很厭惡的感覺，
等到不耐煩了吧!
效率有待加強喔!
