來辦理簽帳金融卡 時間是週五早上10:10 辦理速度十分迅速 態度優良

龜速 所有行員都在摸魚 我腿受傷只能拖著走 裡面行員完全沒有人注意到 而且都在跟客人聊天 至少等超過15分鐘以上 中間櫃檯還沒人消失去摸魚 然後完全不推薦 每次來感受都超級爛 完全沒有感受過 所有行員跟門口人員都這麼喜歡花時間跟人聊天 那你們中信這個直接改成中信聊天所好了 專長領域愛聊天摸魚

5/3因工作需求至該行開戶，二號櫃檯的男行員服務態度親切，對於相關問題也解釋的非常清楚，很滿意！惟等待時間較長，通常須預留一至兩小時。

今天去辦開戶 星期一早上一號櫃檯的姐姐人很好 也很親切！覺得需要幫這家分行補血 雖然有等一下 9:40-10:40（但開戶本來就比較需要時間）但是裡面的行員都很棒！推薦大家可以來～

門市人員的服務態度都很好，只是ATM很兩光，27張千元鈔票存進去，1張假鈔被退回，理應還有26張，螢幕卻顯示25張，當下我就覺得奇怪立即取消交易，退回來還是25張，有立即向客服反應，客服說3～5個工作天會回覆，但是等了8天我受不了直接到分行問，最後跟我一句「機台卸鈔清點無溢款」我真的，無法接受

Honestly provides the best services I've had in a bank in Taiwan so far. Used to be with 合作金庫, but their apps are outdated, CTCB offers (Although limited to basic functions) English options on their apps. The only downfall so far is that foreigners cannot apply for credit cards online, and must do so in branch with a high probability of being declined. Also, Apple Pay is not supported by CTCB for Visa Debit cards, leaving foreigners simply unable to use Apple Pay in Taiwan, regardless of their proper residence and visa qualifications. This is something that could easily be fixed by CTCB by allowing debit/ visa debit cards to work with Apple Pay instead of only allowing Visa cards. Or also Offering prepaid Visa cards, which are still not a thing in Taiwan. Either way they are miles better then 合作金庫 which still requires you to use a card reader. What bothers me tho is that where I'm from in Canada, RBC offers newcomers to Canada their first credit card and other services when first arriving, but after over three years in Taiwan and pouring a LOT of money into the economy I'm still stuck unable to use basic services like this. This needs to change asap!

I’ve just opened an account here today and I’m blown away by the excellent service. With my limited Chinese I was nervous because previous experience made me believe all banks have limited language capabilities and that I’d only be able to use Chinese or Taiwanese to get by. However I was immediately greeted and welcomed and a guard helped me to pick the correct ticket. After sitting for only a couple of minutes, a manager came out to assist me and while I used my limited Chinese she filled the patches I struggled with using English. She stayed with me to fill out all my forms and answer all my questions in both Chinese and English so that I could understand. I’m confident I will be pleased with using this bank’s services again in the future!
