動作慢到不行然後還錯誤百出 別的分行10分鐘可以弄完的匯款我在原地站了40分鐘等行員處理 辦完還被叫回去因為又有疏漏 還沒訓練好的員工如果要面對客戶旁邊至少要有指導員吧 非常糟糕的體驗 寧願跑更遠也不會再來這個分行

只是要辦理開戶一直刁難,說因相關法規,所以要填資料,我也說好需要填的我都可以填,櫃台卻一直叫我先回去看一下,後來又說要主管同意才可以開,我也說好那我填完資料你再幫我給主管審核,竟然又說因為我沒有中信的帳戶(廢話不然我幹嘛來開戶)所以要不要先轉300萬來當VIP,有理財專員可以幫我服務,非常幽默,開戶都不給我開了我幹嘛給你理財,真的很幽默。

真是超級爛爆了!!!!! 很訝異這銀行 ~ 中國信託,金控公司的效率竟是如此的差勁,單單一個簡單的代收款竟然得等上一個多小時!真不懂這行員人員也不少人,但到底是在做啥?效率怎會如此差呢? 這還是號稱金控公司,真令人難以想像啊!等一個小時了,總算有位行員來想幫我,這更好笑了!妳公司的業務妳都搞不懂也就算,竟然還語氣差的來質問說教我?我只能說小姐妳還真的都搞不清楚狀況且討罵;妳有沒有想想我已經等多久了,且除此之外妳竟還想指責我抽錯門號....幸好妳及時小聲且閉嘴,要不然我也很難保證我將如何臭罵回去! 不過po上這憤怒文也沒用,畢竟我也不是第一人評論,再說可能這分行也沒啥大人且看看已經有多少人來這家銀行受氣和憤怒啊!!
