優點: 櫃員服務態度不錯 缺點: 1.現場人多等候需很久,尤其開公司戶更是數倍超級久 2.打此分行的客服電話要諮詢,從來沒人接聽

現在開戶抽個號碼牌,原來都要經過保全控制,前面明明就只有二個人抽號辦理(早上11:00到,又不是要休息才去),保全就是不給人抽號,硬要趕人去南港分行辦理,不然就叫人下午3點再去,搞到我線上抽號,但是在裡面等待時,卻一直趕人去外面等待,最後真的氣到寧願去別家銀行開戶,也不願意到中國信託開戶了。企業形象完全毀在保全人員的態度。

很感謝幫我辦理更名業務的陳*屏專員,因為更名一事跑了很多家銀行,這裡是最後一家,但也是給人感覺最好的。中午人很多,櫃檯都很忙,本來擔心辦這種比較花時間的業務會讓人心煩,想不到專員不僅很專業還很有耐心,詳細說明外,再忙也是微笑待人,讓人感到很安心。

汐止分行這麼些年,這google的評價仍不起色 新的一年不能期待他們有什麼翻天覆地的改變,來重新定義金融服務業,這點無庸質疑. 再對比其他銀行分行橫向比較時,的確是沒有比較就沒有傷害.除了閒置無用VIP 隔屏佔用行內偌大空間比例(推測汐止在基金ipo,保險,美元金融債券商品業務低落),其他儲匯到訪的顧客得全都限縮在佔比不大的地方等待,時間久候似乎成了分行和顧客的最大公約數.另外將補摺機放置在等候的座位區,補摺反覆的噪音激怒久等的顧客情緒,也是絕無僅有的神操作. 這一切對內部行員其實是非戰之罪,我親見的是: 門口迎賓保全大哥,相比於汐止農會襄理給地主大戶奉茶的熱情相較,絲毫不遜色,他以分身週遊場內等候區,高分貝詢問各個久候待辦業務顧客,這得以適時消彌怨怒,實有其效,另外搭配的有著高帥挺拔的行員,拿著平板,機動尋訪,不忘久候顧客是否已經得到該有的服務,親切迷人的氣質像是Vogue型錄走出來的男模為你服務,這誰遇到誰知道. 他們就像是用一己之力挽救頹靡不振的服務評價. 每次久坐呆望著不見跳動的服務號碼告示牌,望穿秋水, 心底很想幫這些汐止行員,問問臨近南港中信總部只忙於籌謀球敘飲宴的中信高層; 我們真的是一家人嗎?(we are family~?) 或只是家庭的失寵兒??

Slow service. Came here to open a bank account and was asked all those personal questions and I didnt even ask for a loan. They wouldnt give me my bank card or online banking access for a few months. Came here to do simple activity with teller and long wait . Avoid at all cost.
