因為動作實在慢到我都懷疑全部是新手上路嗎
辦理結清竟然可以處理兩小時
到底有沒有職前訓練 在職訓練
難怪評價這麼低
每隔幾分鐘就開門到後面去 過很久才出來
到底是去後面幹嘛
效率這麼差 空間這麼小 還隔成這樣
一直反覆進去
分行沒主管了啊 不懂得改善

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 幫我開戶的小姐人很好 但是在一樓的時候瘋狂被推銷辦卡 拒絕了3、4次還跟我說什麼他都暗示3、4次了該明白意思了吧⋯⋯？ 啊你怎麼不說我拒絕你那麼多次也該明白我的意思了 完全不懂這間分行到底有沒有要改善或加強內部訓練 評論低的幾乎都在說差不多的問題 然後這些問題永遠存在？

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 到貴行開戶等了2個小時，開戶櫃台小姐效率太差，等到無法等於是回家改為在網路線上開戶，當天開戶2天後就開通。建議主管可以再訓練訓練員工
I waited for 2 hours at your bank to open an account. The lady at the account opening counter was too inefficient. Waiting until I couldn’t go home was like opening an account online.
