人員都穿的很優雅,做事也很優雅,辦理業務速度超慢....前面只有三個人等待辦理,等了快半小時,輪到我辦理個業務,拖了快一小時.......扯.....不建議來這邊辦理業務。

這家分行每個櫃台的辦事效率都很好,我抽到號一看前面有12位等待但很快就消化完,等不到10分鐘就輪到我,廣播5號櫃台辦理更換存款簿及提款卡而且我要換有Visa 功能的卡片,櫃檯小姐推薦有Line pay 的卡還教我如何操作,也會推薦其他基金和保險等等的投資,15分鐘就把卡跟存款簿都辦好了,服務有熱忱也夠積極比其他銀行好太多了。

每次經過,中國信託重陽分行,門口就是這樣一堆機車,不便行人,進去跟銀行反映,銀行也不協助處理,如果是這樣,不歡迎中國信託在三重設點

辦理業務過程 不知道為什麼 櫃姐突然靠近(隔著隔板)小聲問: 有沒有加過中信的Line.......可以有通知、提醒... 我問怎麼加? 她說我幫妳用(為什麼不是教客戶自己用,而是要把客戶的手機拿去用呢?) 我把手機要回來後,其實心裡不太舒服(我怎麼知道她按了那些設定?) 櫃檯業務結束後,還請理專來介紹美元投資保單 天啊~~~~我只是辦個簡單的業務,就這樣耗掉1個多小時, 以後不敢再踏進這間分行辦業務了 不知道其他分行會不會這樣? 如果其他分行也是這樣,我考慮把中信的帳戶都停了

去過最爛的分行 之前只是辦其他業務 被話術簽了一個壽險 後來處理其他事情又想推銷 推銷不成 原本還說可以幫我刷存款簿 但推銷失敗後就改口資料比較多 請我自己刷 我本來就打算自己慢慢刷啦 只是這態度轉變的也太快了 更扯的是出來後 發現車子被人員移到隔壁車廠的車道出入口 原來沒有辦理有業績的業務 就會被這樣對待嗎 我非常確定我停的地方不會擋到任何人 但卻被無故移車 還移到人家車道上 不就還好人家車廠沒有說什麼 且出了事 是我要扛責任欸 原本這次就不打算來這分行辦理 但想說再給他們一次機會 結果更失望 謝謝你們 讓我明白你們噁心無極限 以後會去遠一點的分行辦理“有業績”的業務
