到底為什麼等開戶的人都排10幾個了,還不多開一個櫃???? 11點抽號碼牌,前面排6個...都要15點了前面還有2個人... 那個暫停服務看了真的很刺眼???

就等侯時間比較久一點(抽完號碼到叫到約15分鐘).其餘服務態度和專業度都是很棒的

去補存摺居然還遇到補摺機沒墨水,這是什麼服務品質啊? 我可接受墨水很淡,但沒墨水是怎樣? 只有壓印的痕跡完全沒墨水哦,目視是空白的 補摺機也算對客戶服務的一種吧? 不是嗎?...請問這要求是否過份呢?

進門口表明要辦開戶,警衛直接回「要等3個小時,你要等嗎」,哇這種回應是在呼應你們「we are family」的宗旨就是像跟家人一樣講話不客氣喔,還是瞧不起開戶的人,嘖嘖嘖⋯

開帳戶時說有紙本存摺,結果自行幫你辦成線上存摺,還說可以去銀行補辦紙本(結果花了幾小時等,最後得到的是這張提款卡不能辦紙本存摺),服務人員可以這樣先斬後奏?每個人都有不同需求,不理解就算了,還強行辦成需求不同的卡。 以為大家都有很多時間在等開戶嗎?

5個工作窗口,抽的號要等13位,等了6分鐘才叫了下一個號,再過了6分鐘有連續叫了3個號(但沒人前行),接後續再叫2個號,不懂當櫃顧客要辦事項及行員作業流程;但就顧客面看,是極度沒效率的! 且已抽了號,若要先外出辦事,過3點半,就不得再入內,很不人性,整體只能在這浪費時間?? 總結:13號,等了25至30分鐘,辦理一件轉帳花了5分鐘。
