服務有夠差,每次來就說櫃檯小姐去吃飯或是去廁所,去個廁所都是2小時起跳?沒有要服務乾脆停止營業好了,旁邊一堆人閒著沒事做也只會回你櫃檯去廁所囉,要不要辦信用卡,想不想用儲蓄險

一顆星都不想給欸,保全跟櫃檯服務都蠻不錯的啦 業務訓練:口條、情緒、態度…完全沒素質(失望 是有一個業務在那邊當雷包啦傻眼(辦信用卡的,門口一進去就看到左手邊那個位置,男性,說會一直到月底都是他的)要去辦卡的朋友沒有很急的話下個月再去吧⋯⋯詢問一下辦卡詳細資訊沒在聽別人講欸,就一直說說說趕趕趕不知道這麼趕說要去**喔:)然後一直要身分證很急著要業績欸。態度有夠差又散漫,原本對中信的印象很不錯的,遇到這位雷包讓我失望透頂!三兩下就說辦好卡了喔(啊是都不用時間想的膩ㄅㄔ)然後事後想想不對跟他說想取消,不知道在大聲什麼欸一整個就惱羞了,智商應該ok吧!情緒控管待加強喔叔叔,之後出來後又跑出來要爭辯到底,業務這樣當的喔,一點素質也沒有,訓練0,講話講那什麼鬼態度,一點歉意都沒有,還覺得自己是對的?到底欸!反正總而言之,依舊沒道歉也沒悔過之心真的有夠爛,拜託可不可以員工訓練好再放出來啊,一整天的好心情都消散了,也對中信感到很失望…
