I opened an account today. From the guards on the first floor, the service staff in the waiting area on the second floor to the counter personnel, everyone had a very good attitude. They answered the questions I asked very professionally and patiently. Very good experience.

You have to wait more than half an hour for every visit !!!! There are only 9 seats in the waiting area on the second floor. I wonder if the counter staff are all relatives of sloths? Still because of insufficient staff !!! Must not, or else never come! Wait in line until high blood pressure explodes !!!!!!!!!!

The entire account opening took me at least three hours! The slow progress of the entire bank counter is actually caused by your crazy desire to sell other things to your customers and your unwillingness to focus on your needs!

Located on a busy road, this China Trust is often crowded. If you can avoid the so-called Monday or noon time, it will reduce a lot of waiting time. The staff are very kind and will ask you what you want to do. This branch in located in one of the busiest area. There are always lots of people visiting, thus if you could avoid to come on Monday or during lunch time, for sure, it would greatly reduce you waiting time. The staffs are friendly and helpful . They would come to people to ask if there is anything they can do to assist.

Accountants' attitude needs to be strengthened! Don't look at people with skeptical eyes, especially when wearing a mask is obvious! Go to his bank to open an account and go through the process to the end. If you come here, you can stand and forget it. The look is very uncomfortable.
