運動在於持之以恆，每天約30～40分鐘 ( 含運動後伸展緩和 ) 時間不是太長，難度不高，容易達成....
場地不大，因此教練隨時能關心及主注意動作是否正確，不定時的做審核，協助我們了解自己的各種狀況!
一個單純只供女性健身的場所，可以專心積極的為自己的健康努力，大力推薦這個女性健身中心～～～
