我已經在大里Curves運動兩年了! 曾經,我是個經常超時工作、埋頭苦幹的典型上班族,下班後要找時間去運動?! 坦白說心有餘而力不足,對我而言,養成運動習慣是件高難度的事。 兩年前我突然驚覺超標數十年的體脂率居然爆衝到無法置信的新高數字,加上膝關節被診斷有輕微退化,上樓梯時膝蓋常常會疼痛不適,甚至走路沒幾分鐘就有喘的感覺,各種身體機能的糟糕狀況陸續浮現,這回我真的嚇到了,也因此自己找上離家最近的Curves,開始我的30分鐘運動習慣,直到現在。 每天只要30分鐘,又是室內運動,實在讓人難有藉口不去動一動,前半年我去得很勤,每週平均運動5次,同時配合教練的指導做飲食上的調整,最大的改變是多喝水和增加蛋白質攝取量,就是這麼簡單好執行,不到半年我的體態就有明顯的改變,體能體力也逐漸提升上來,每當親友詢問我的改變是靠什麼辦到的,我會無私的推薦好姐妹們參考Curves的運動方式~簡單、不用花大錢、持續有效果,選擇適合自己的運動方式就是幫助自己養成運動習慣啊!

爛到不能更爛 每個月檢討只會像罵狗一樣 說你不夠努力 如果數據退步就攻擊你一定是沒睡飽 沒吃健康 反正都不是他們健身公司問題 就算有問題也是你自己操作不良的問題 收的還比一般大型健身房貴 場地超小還沒有洗澡間
It’s so bad that it can’t be worse. Every month’s review will only be like scolding a dog and saying that you are not working hard enough. If the data declines, it will attack you. You must be sleepless and healthy. Anyway, it’s not a problem with their fitness company. The charge is more expensive than the average large gym. The venue is super small and there is no bathroom.
